I have not posted in a very long time, but my training is still on schedule. I started the 30 week ironman Training plan from the book beIRONfit. So far it is going great. I have never done heart rate monitor and training for time rather than distance before. And I like it. I like it a lot.
Something about going out for an hour run at heart rate zone 2 is much different than going out for a seven mile run. It is a different approach for me and so far it is working.
I started off this morning with spin-yoga class at seasonsfit, that place is awesome!
Cassia and I are planning a 1:15 run this afternoon and tonight I am going to swim with the rocky mountain triathlon club. Now I have not been in the water for awhile so we will have to see how that goes.
