We go to Core Power Yoga, my wife goes more than I do, and I go whenever my schedule allows. Today we went to a C2 class at the stapleton studio. I have gone to many c2 classes and they vary in intensity. (they are always good, however the actual physical intensity can be different from day to day)

Todays class was INTENSE! to the point where I saw sweat dripping off my knee-caps while in downward dog. I maintained focus throughout class and feel great. Certainly more than I thought I signed up for when I walked in the studio, but a real treat.

The only issue is having masters swim in the morning, an intense Yoga session in the afternoon, and then speedwork (still to come) in the evening. I am starting to get a little concerned….
